I just heard about a Referral Program for publishers who can attract new Adwords advertisers and AdSense publishers to sign up with Google.
You get $20 for each Adwords user that signs up (after they spend $20 with AdWords) and you get $20 for each AdSense Publishers (after they earn $75 in AdSense revenue).
I just signed up for the program but it is by invitation only and so I will just wait patiently to see if I am accepted.
