Hey Glen,

I recommend the following mods based on my personal preference, so feel free to search those on Invisionize or let me know and I'll upload those mods here as attachments.

D2-Download System 2 PB 6 (A full featured download system)
Link System 2.1.5 (A full featured system for adding and managing links)
Topic View History (allows you or any group u desire to see who else have read this topic)
Bump Me Up 2.2 (bump up the topic without having to create a useless post)
(FSY2) Group Name Indicator 3.2 (creates a legend beneath the active user list)
D2-FAQ 1.1 (an article system for FAQs)
D2-Show Signature Once Per Topic 1.0 (only 1 signature per user per topic in the 1st post)
(FSY2) Global Forum Message 2.0 Final (lets u turn on or off an added bar under your member bar where you can make important annoucements such as the site will be down for maintanance, etc)
D2-Shoutbox 4.2 (to add interactivity to your site, better than some chat solutions)

I think this list represents the most useful list of mods for a site like your's. Hope it helps :)

It does help a lot. Thanks very much for providing that info.

The mods I have used in the past include -

D2 - Statistics (gives you a list of most popular topics on your forum and lots of other stats)

D2 - PM Logs (lets you see if people are abusing the PM system)

Auto Send PM (send an auto welcome message to new members)

D2 - Advertisements (lets you place advertisements between posts in a topic)

X Latest Posts v2.0 (lets you display recent posts outside of your forum e.g. on a shtml page)

On the adsenseforums.net website, I have only installed the D2 advertising and PM logs scripts so far.

I am considering installing the Forum Icons mod which allows you to specify a unique icon for each forum.

Cheers, Glen
