Listen quick question, me and my friends found a site on the internet for driving licence exchange, they claim that they can exchange a learners licence for a full DVLA one.
We all laughed it of as a joke, then one guy did send of for it, and now is driving about on it.
Is there anyway we can check it is in the system as I failed my test three times and really could do with a driving licence
Before anyone says anything am a good driver and used to drive in the Canada yet was not allowed to exchange the licence.
The site is called notestdrivinglicence.com, I am not a spammer and for all I know they could be scammers as I heard something of the same before
Still I have seen the licence with my own eyes and I trust my friend
Advice will be appreciated.
