Here's a brief summary on how to place your ads in order to get high paying clicks on your web page:
Leaderboard should be placed at the top of the page
Squares and rectangles: into the text or article
Vertical ads and buttons: down the side
Vertical link units: next to your personal link list
Horizental link units: Top of the page
