Because many of fraud clicks are coming form India ... Also the domain should be 6 months old!! Should have descent traffic with good quality content!!
But still there are many reasons, hwy google don't approve our sites.
Actually you can join with 3rd party sites like,. indiarocks !!
The adsense policy is quite strict in asian countries!!
