i am from pakistan

i have 30 $ in my account and yet there is no link or message in payment history that pin has been sent to me or not?

when i click for payment method or for tax info then it says you can apply for this when you wil have 10 $ in your account . while i have 30 $ in my account

i had crossed the limit of $ 10 , ten days back.

i am worried what should i do

please help me about this
