I know that you aren't suppose to put ads beside images and videos in such a way to mislead people into clicking on them. I just want some opinion on whether my website does that please- http://www.best-video-clips-ever.com . My view is that the ads are unlikely to be mistaken for further information about each video. What do you guys think? Am I breaking TOS and is there a way to get Google to check it and tell me rather than just suspend my account?
Thanks.

I beleive that Google would think you are breaking there rules. I would at lease put some sort of Content in between your Ads and your Videos and then maybe a block of space in between the bottom of the video and the ad block, just to be on the safe side.
