So I had this video on youtube and it got a whole heap of views. Recently I was on youtube and it popped up saying I could link the video to adsense and earn money from the ads.
In only a few days I've made a grand total $1.92. In the interest of experimentation I'm going to see if google can pay for my beer every week and start adding more videos to youtube.
The trouble is, I can see no way to connect the videos to adsense. I have both accounts but how do you add other videos?
Surely you don't have to wait till they are already popular to add them

i got the same email! there was no explanation what to do at all! bit of a joke really.

I have been a YouTube partner now for a few years. I have 200 videos with over 8000 subscribers- http://www.youtube.c...aiXevandStanley . I applied to be a partner and was accepted. To do that you need several videos, lots of views and subscribers. It can take many months to achieve it. In your case YouTube has just selected one of your videos they like. It is unlikely that you will be able to add more unless they happen to select it themselves. The only serious way forward is becoming a partner.
