Hi I'm doing some research on PPC schemes and just wanted to get an idea on what a typical amount paid per click would be.

I've heard some people say that a typical amount to be paid is about £0.02 per click...does this sound accurate? I know it can vary a lot depending on the advert but i just wanted some sort of average payment.

Also, what are the higher paying rates and the lower ones?

I think the average is around 0.05 from what I can tell. But occasionally you will get a click with 1 or 2 dollars. they are not too common unfortunately.

There is no "typical amount paid per click". Every keyword or every niche had different price.
So depends what your blog or web site is for.
Some niches are making $0.05 or $0.20 (twenty cents) and some $15.0 (fifteen US dollars) or even $20.0 (twenty US dollars) per click.
