yes but depends on what the other ads are exactly and whether they are contextual ads or not.

Yes, you can have 3 of each type I believe.

Normally the default ads that comes to your page with adsense, are in some way related to your site. Totally irrelevant ads are not found in a page. Thus you cannot keep very diverse ads.
