Could someone tell me how the layout on my site is, with drupal? Not sure if its the best placement or not for my site....

Hi kardi. what sort of click through rate are you getting?
The ad position is OK since it seems to be right next to the main content. But then again, your website visitors will need to scroll down the page to see the advertisement.... so they might never see the advertisement if they never scroll down the page!
You might therefore consider moving the advert further up to the top of the page or you could use two ads - 1 near the picture and another one at the top of the page.
