www.newhorizondesigns.org is the home page....I would like advice on what I can do to improve the look.

try placing the ads "above the fold". ie higher up on the page so people can see them without having to scroll down the page. use your channels to see if this helps to increase your earnings. also try blending the ads into the page and see if that helps too. you might like to test these 2 aspects at different times to get a feel for what really helped.

you should add your ads above, and change the color same with the background.

ok thanks, I think that it will look less like ads if they are blending in with the site theme, they will look more like links then.
