I have some pics near ads, and the CTR has jumped to 9%. But my earnings also increased. Do you need a border near the ads or something? how do you make it legal?

hi technoguy. it used to be perfectly ok to put pictures near the ads but the last update of the adsense policy banned this practice. it was a real shame because i was using it also. they wrote an article about it on the "Inside Adsense" blog.
