IPB Attached Image Thumbnail - Not Visible

I came across a bug in a new IPB forum that i installed recently. It was a fresh install of version 2.1.4 which apparently has a bug (see below).

Solution
Go to ACP Home > View General Settings and check that the Upload URL looks like this

Quote

http://www.yoursite.com/forums/uploads

AND NOT

Quote

http:/www.yoursite.com/forums/uploads

See the difference? (it is highlighted in Red)

Symptoms
The bug produces a faulty link to your IPB attached image thumbnails and the error will give you an error that looks like this:
