I’d appreciate some help.
When I test my site it is showing up differently in my notebook and my desktop. It shows as I want it in my notebook but seems to be all over the place in my desktop. I’m testing in two browsers IE and Firefox. I’m assuming it has something to do with memory and or history, but I’m no geek.
I would like readers to surf to http://www.abcwriter.../newsround.html and tell me what you see.
I’d like you to look for two things in particular:
There is a table on the page with information in the inside of it. My desktop shows it not behaving properly. Is it dropping down and pulling into the right column. My laptop shows it working perfectly. How do you see it? If you see this fault is any of the other main pages showing the same fault?
Secondly my horizontal navigation bars just below the masthead. This seems to be a particular fault in Firefox. In Firefox I am seeing two dividing lines with a little space between them. There should only be one dividing line. How do you see it? In Firefox I can also see the dividing line between the masthead and the hnav column. Are you seeing it? Anybody any suggestions on how to get rid of it?
I really would appreciate your assistance in this matter. If pages are all over the place then I’m going to have to pull the site until I can get it fixed. If it is working properly then I am anxious to start reworking my ads and getting them to merge into the background and also I want to resubmit to Yahoo.
You can email me direct at Kevin@abcwritersnetwork.co.uk
Thanks
Kevin

Sitting in the local library. Think I have my problem cracked, site looks ok here. Could some members take a look and tell me what they see.
I know I have to do some tidying up it's just the overall appearance I'm interested in.
