You are using an article from an ezine but want to try and show it to the search engines as different from others using the same article. Here are two suggestions>

Break up the body of the article with a piece of text. A way of doing this would be to draw a text box and place some text inside it - it could be a self advertisment e.g. 'abcwritersnetwork: the online resource for creative writers' You might insert this underneath the first or second paragraph.

just before the last paragraph you could place another text box again along similar lines or you might want to give links to other similar articles for example 'to see more articles on modern authors click here.' But try to keep the little bit of text keyword related.

Also you could try placing an article in a two by two table:
1 3

2 4

the engines read your content 1,3,2,4 so again you are making the content different from others who may be displaying the same articles.

<table>
<tr>
<td> [#Body;1:4#]</td>
<td> [#Body;3:4#]</td>
</tr>

<tr>
<td>[#Body;2:4#] </td>
<td> [#Body;4:4#]</td>
</tr>
</table>

If you use a 2 x 3 table then you could place two blocks of adsense code.

<table>
<tr>
<td> [#Body;1:4#]</td>
<td> [#Body;3:4#]</td>
</tr>

<tr>
<td> ADSENSE1 </td>
<td> [#Body;4:4#]</td>
</tr>
</table>

<tr>
<td>[#Body;2:4#] </td>
<td> ADSENSE2</td>
</tr>
</table>
